Pony Express Days Cupcake Charity 5K

Come run the sweetest and fastest 5k around!

All proceeds from the race will go towards medical bills for the Tom & Judith Brown family of Eagle Mountain.  

Race Information

June 2nd, 2018

Location: Silver Lake Amphitheater

5K: 7:00 a.m.

Kids Fun Run: 8:00 a.m.

Registration cut off will be May 31st at 10:00 p.m.

5K: $15

Kids Fun Run: $5  Ages 10 & under 

NO day of registrations & NO Refunds!!!

Packet pick up/Check in 

Race day starting at 6:00 a.m. until 6:30 a.m.

Buses will start departing for the starting line at 6:30 a.m.

Last bus: 6:40 a.m.

Race Course: Race will start at Unity Pass and will follow Pony Express Pkwy.  The race will end at the Silver Lake Amphitheater.

Brown Family Story

The Tom & Judith Brown family has been selected as the recipient of the 2018 5K benefits this year. This couple has been married for 7 years and have 2 children. Judith's mother, Vera Cabra, lives with them. They have had numerous medical difficulties over the last two years. Tommy, who is now 5, has been diagnosed with cancer, in the form of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). His mother, Judith, and grandmother, Vera, have both been treated recently for breast cancer, resulting in interventional mastectomy and chemotherapy. Tommy's father, Tom, has recently been experiencing severe heart problems. Although he has undergone multiple tests, he has still not received a diagnosis.

All this has created a heavy financial burden. We are privileged to extend a helping hand to this family through the Cupcake Charity Pony Express 5K Run this year.
