- This year, for the first time, Steel Days is adding a 10k route.
- Same-day registration until 6:15am
- Packet Pickup at Utah Run in American Fork on 7/14/17 from 12-7pm

loved it! Have ran it almost every year since 2004 and my daughters were there with their husbands - - actually took 1st in my age group. The course was very planned out & marked great...Thank you :)

The only 2 items that I would like to have seen better is additional aid stations, and a better starting. we were very confused what to do at the start, and then both 5K and 10K just took off at the same time. we were hoping we were following correctly. Positively - there were a lot of age classifications making a lot of winners which was really awesome.

It has changed through the years. Still a good race. I miss the trophies and all the fun prizes donated by local companies, etc. The t-shirts have improved! And chip timing is a great addition.

Great organization, food, awards were awesome! loved it and will keep running this race until I can't run anymore!

Ran this race 2017, it was well organized, the course was fun through neighborhoods in AF... but the metals where not only high quality but the design was superb! It is my favorite that I have earned so far!
