Sound of Hope 5K for Suicide Prevention

Join us in Riverton on September 18th for a professionally timed 5K along the beautiful Jordan River Parkway. Race beings at 9am. Come at 8 to pick up your swag bag and race bib. Snacks will be available after the race. Prizes will be awarded to top finishers as well as the team who raises the most in donations. All money raised will go to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP).

According to AFSP, 54% of Americans have been affected by suicide. If you believe, like we do, that number is far too high, please join us on September 18th. Run or walk in honor of a loved one and help us get one small step closer to stopping suicide. Not only will 100% of your registration go to AFSP, but you’ll be able to surround yourself with others who have lost loved ones or have battled with mental illness and continue to fight. By participating with us, you’re contributing to suicide research, prevention education, and programs and resources for survivors of suicide loss and people at risk.
