Zom-G 5k

Face your fears as you run for your life from flesh-eating Zombies through wooded trails and paths! Zombies are the obstacles!

The choice is yours:
--> Be a 5k Runner and run from the Zombies.
--> Be a Zombie and pull the runner's flags as they run through your "Zombie Zone."

Runners wear 3 flags on a belt. Protect these flags, they’re your “life.” Zombies are staged throughout the course ready to chase you and steal your flags. Try to survive, if you can ... 

Lose your flags, and you can still finish the course as a runner. Look for Safe Zones at mile markers 1 and 2 with water. Prepare for walkers, runners, crawlers... and some surprises! 

This is an easy run/walk on paved paths and clears trails.

The race costs $30 and includes a Tee shirt. 
If you’re looking to be a zombie, cost will be $15- 25 if you want a shirt.

Registration includes a T-shirt up until  9/9. Day of registrion is available but 
t-shirts will be available for purchase on race day in limited supply. 

The Zom-G is an event to raise awareness of Sudden Cardiac Arrest and a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Sudden Cardiac Arrest Foundation.
