Run For Mental Health - Salem Hills High School Race Description

This timed relay will involve running as many laps as they can.  Someone from the 3 person team must remain running at all times. There will be sponsors and mental health advocates there to support you in your run around the course. There will be QPR  Suicide awareness classes throughout the day.

* Start of Relay: 12:30 PM

* Start of Awareness Trainings: Top of the Hr. Starting 1PM to 4PM

* Food Vendors: 12PM to 5PM
