Run For Mental Health - Salem Hills High School Race Description
This timed relay will involve running as many laps as they can. Someone from the 3 person team must remain running at all times. There will be sponsors and mental health advocates there to support you in your run around the course. There will be QPR Suicide awareness classes throughout the day.
