SAGE/WAGE Benefit 5K Race Description
Please join us on September 22 at 10 AM at Monmouth University for our annual 5K walk/run to raise money for the promotion of education! Same-day registration begins at 9 AM. Race begins at 10 AM. $20 general/$10 for students, children and groups of 10 or more. Enjoy refreshments, music and prizes!
Proceeds from this event will provide support and funding to the Sisters Academy of New Jersey in Asbury Park as well as toward the successful operation of WAGE International, a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit organization founded on the belief that every girl across the globe deserves the opportunity to live a happy, healthy life absent of abuse and violence. It is the mission of both SAGE and WAGE to educate both boys and girls to be catalysts of change and citizens empowered to help eradicate violence against women.
