Ellis Cardiac Classic - Virtual Race

Come out for the 45^th annual Cardiac Classic at Central Park on Thanksgiving morning - a Schenectady community tradition.

Race Completion:
Virtual race must be completed by 12/1/2026

Choose your Participation Experience:
In-person Registration - Join us on race day at Central Park, with event-day amenities and support.
Virtual Registration - Complete your run on your own time, in any place, and you can still be part of the Cardiac Classic community.

Schedule of Events:
8am: Wellness Walk (2 Miles)
9am: 5K Road Race
10am: Kids Fun Run (1 Mile)

Clothing Drive!
Donations of shirts, pants, jackets, socks, and undergarments ensure our patients can return home with comfort and dignity. Help our neighbors in need by bringing new clothing with tags to the race or click here to donate online.

FAQs
"Are strollers allowed?" - On the 2 mile Wellness Walk only. No wheeled apparatuses are permitted on the 5k run.
"Are dogs allowed?" - On the 2 mile Wellness Walk only. Please be sure to clean up after your pup - thanks!
