Extremely Fast Downhill

The first 7 miles of this course were extremely fast. Be ready for your legs to turn to mush when it starts to level off going into mile 8 though. the The race was organized well and started right on time. I plan on coming back next year.

Medal is great but course is painful

I only ran this race once; the organization was pretty good and the medal was pretty cool, but the course itself is too steep for me. This was the single most painful half marathon I've ever run because of the sharp decline of the course.
