The River Run 5K Race Description
We are so excited for another year for the wonderful River Run 5K. Run Aspired is committed to help achieve your goals and stay physically fit all-year round. This beautiful course and event will hopefully be the start or addition to your journey!
Run Aspired is committed to help others experience the joy of running. We stand for excellence and hope that each of you enjoys your experience on the roads with us.

Packet Pickup: September 28,2024 @ 7:30-8:45 at Willow Park (450 W 700 S Logan Utah, 84321)
Race Day: September 28, 2024 @ 9 AM at Willow Park (450 W 700 S Logan Utah, 84321)
Course
The River Run 5K Course will start in the Willow Park Parking lot (450 W 700 S, Logan, UT 84321) and will stay on the roads for a half mile before entering the beautiful Logan River Trail. You will stay on this trail, looping around at Rendezvous Park and returning on the Logan River Trail before finishing back at Willow Park. This course has some gorgeous scenery while being a generally flat course, making for some really fast times! After Finishing this race you will enjoy refreshments, prizes, and some good company.
Packet pickup will be on Saturday, September 28th from 7:30-8:45 AM at Willow Park which is the same location as the start.
The Race will start at 9 AM at Willow Park. There will be awards and prizes following the final finishers of the race. Awards will be for the top 3 overall male and female finishers. You MUST be there for the awards in order to receive them as we will not be mailing any awards or prizes.
Race Director
Josh has been running for the past 8 years and has been involved in many road, trail, and other community races. Currently training for his first 100-miler in October. Running has turned into a great love and passion in his life that has truly defined him and brought endless miles of joy. This is a way that Josh would love to give back to the community that got him involved. He hopes to inspire others to find "Joy in the miles"
Volunteers

Fun race course
This race went really well. It is a fun out and back course along the river and it felt like a really fast race, almost like a sprint down there and back. It was well done and set up with professional timing and had a good atmosphere. I would happily run it again. The 1st - 3rd place awards were wooden plaques that were absolutely amazing looking. Much nicer than a medal in my opinion.

Incredible Experience!
I loved this race! The course was beautiful and well marked. There were plenty of volunteers to direct runners and good treats at the end. Signing up for the race was really easy, and packet pickup was slick. The communication about race day was great, leaving me with no questions the night before the race. Overall, just a wonderful experience.

Funnest 5k Ever
The Logan River Trail 5k put on by run aspired was seriously a blast! I am NOT a runner but run aspired helped push me out of my comfort zone and I was able to complete the 5k much quicker than I expected. The route was clean and beautiful, everything started on time, and registration was a breeze. The raffle prizes were GREAT and the staff and volunteers were friendly and encouraging. Overall the run aspired 5k was a great experience and I am so glad I did it!

River Run 5K is an unforgettable race
I recently had the pleasure of participating in the River Run 5K, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience that exceeded my expectations in every way possible. From the moment I arrived at the event, the organizers had a fantastic atmosphere set up. The check-in process was smooth, and the volunteers were friendly and enthusiastic. Their positive energy immediately set the tone for a great race. The course itself was scenic and a fast course. The course was well-marked to ensure that participants never lost their way, allowing us to focus on the race. One of the highlights of the River Run 5K was the sense of community. Participants of all ages and fitness levels came together to enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle while supporting a local charity. The finish line festivities were equally enjoyable, with a lively atmosphere and plenty of post-race refreshments to celebrate our achievements. Overall, the River Run 5K is a great example of a well-executed event. I left the event with a sense of accomplishment, a collection of beautiful memories, and a strong desire to return for the next race. Kudos to the organizers for orchestrating a truly remarkable event that combines fitness, community, and fun in the most delightful way!
Great enviornment
I loved the atmosphere that was present. It felt like a motivating environment and had great attendance.
River Run 5k
I really loved this race! The route is super pretty along a golf course and river and also really flat. The volunteers did a good job directing and also were very fun and encouraging. Everything was super well organized and clear. Overall a very enjoyable race
