Focus4Run is an opportunity to push just a little farther than your typical 5K and run the extra .9 mile to a full 4 mile run. The event also offers a 1 mile memorial run/walk.
On August 24, 2008, four of our friends, co-workers, and family members perished in a plane accident while providing service on a humanitarian project in Guatemala.
Motivated by a desire to remember and honor them, their families, along with Focus Services, started the event. While they gave their lives while serving others, we have the opportunity to serve others in honor of their service.
Focus invites you to take advantage of a great opportunity to honor these four and their families—carrying on their service by participating in this great event. All proceeds go to providing college scholarships in each of their names.
