Break out Of The Winter Blues Family Fun Run5k

It's time to get moving! Are you ready to get your Running on? We are looking for runners, walkers and joggers of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels to join us on our Fun Run.

It can be challenging to find the motivation during the darkest, coldest months of the year to get outside and run however committing to an event can help provide the accountability we need to keep it going.

Mental illness (specifically winter blues) is the focus of this event. Participants are encouraged to fight the winter blues through exercise and running and are especially encouraged to wear as much as blue as you can!

Tear’N It Up Running Events is hosting their annual fun run 5k on April 21st, 2023, This will be a family fun run/event.  The race will begin at 6:00 PM, it will start and end at the Nature Park (South of Ogden Athletic Club)(1221 E 5800 S, South Ogden, UT). The dress up theme is "wear as much blue as possible.”  (THE SILLIER AND THE MORE BLUE YOU DRESS UP, THE MORE FUN YOU WILL HAVE)

Such a fun, creative coarse. Most of the course is Flat and paved, there is one RAD hill that is a little challenging going up, however coming down you will feel like you're flying.

*Packet Pick up 4:45 Pm - 5:45 *PARKING IS AVAILABLE IN THE PARKING LOT NORTH OF THE PARK.
