Abilities 5k

The Abilities 5k is a community event that raises support and awareness for people with disabilities in our community, while highlighting the ABILITIES of these individuals. We are committed to bringing a life-giving, family atmosphere to Northern Colorado and the surrounding areas.

We want to give back in a tangible way to organizations and people we see supporting and serving this wonderful population, while having an enjoyable time of community and encouraging a healthy atmosphere together. This year’s beneficiaries will be Respite Care of Fort Collins and Hearts & Horses.  We look forward to seeing you and your friends/ family at the starting line and giving back TOGETHER to a wonderful cause!

5k Age group winners:

0-12, 13-18, 19-35, 36-49, 50+ 

1 Mile Participation

Participants may check-In, get information and pick up goodie bags from 7:30-8:15 am at the race start. RACE STARTS AT 8:30. Awards will be presented to the top male and female runner as
well as the top male and female in each age group.

FEES: $40.00 per person

$45.00 for any participant doing the course with a person with a disability

FOR THOSE USING PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: 5K starts and finishes at the fire pits located at the Front Range Village Shopping center. The pits are located Mary's Mountain Cookies and First Tech Credit Union.
