2021 nyc 5K cancer schlep - breast, ovarian & prostate cancer run / walk Race Description
The NYC 5K Cancer Schlep brings together participants from the tristate area, ranging from 5-90 years old, bound together in solidarity to raise the hopes of those battling breast, ovarian & prostate cancer. These cancers are the most common cancers afflicting men and women in both the US and Israel.
A certified 5K, the NYC 5K Cancer Schlep brings awareness and education to help further breast, ovarian & prostate cancer research and treatment, as well as supports a BRCA multi-disciplinary clinic. The NYC 5K Cancer Schlep also supports studies in connection to BRCA mutation carriers.
