Wolf Pack Trail Run and

The beautiful Richard Bong State Recreation Area is home to the inagural Wolf Pack Trail Run. You can select between 4 miles, 14 miles(solo or relay), 28 miles (solo or relay) and 42 miles (solo or relay).  The 4 mile, the 14 mile and the 28 mile events are runner or walker friendly as well.  The 42 mile event is running only. 

The Wolf Pack Trail Run has a distance that will fit all abilities of runners and walkers.  The current distance are estimated, but it is our intention to get them as close as possible to the stated distances.  The Bong State Recreation Area trails take you through an array of woods, hills, prairie, around lakes and on occasion wildlife sightings.

While the distances maybe challenging, the course will be welcoming to all abilities.  There is a combination of groomed trails, single track trails and scenic views along the way.  The course will be a modified figure 8, the intersecting point will also be the exchange point for relay teams.  There will be two aid stations on the course and several areas on the course that will be easily accessible for friends and family to show their support.  We will have tables, tent and chairs set up at the intersecting point so you set up your fueling station and gear drop.
