2025 Turkey Trot Theme: Trot to Give

The Turkey Trot has become a beloved Thanksgiving tradition in our community: a day to move, gather, and give back. This year’s theme, Trot to Give, celebrates the spirit of generosity that brings us together.

When you lace up your shoes and hit the course, you’re doing more than starting your holiday with a healthy tradition--you’re making a real difference for individuals and families in North Dakota living with cystic fibrosis.

Every step, every stride, every donation helps us continue our mission to provide critical support and resources. Whether you’re running, walking, cheering, or giving, we invite you to Trot to Give—and help us build a future where everyone can breathe a little easier.

• 5K Computer timed  race walk

• 5K Family Fun Walk (non-timed)

• 5K Virtual race

Start Time 9:15 am . 

Parking is available at The Elks Club, Natural Grocers, and Family Fare Supermarket.

Starting line is on Arbor Avenue just west of South Washington.

Packet Pick-up

• At the CFA Office from 11:30-4:30 the week of the race(107 W. Main Ave, #150, Bismarck), Packets will also be available at the Elks Club at 8 am on Thanksgiving morning.

The CFA Turkey Trot is the primary fundraiser for the Cystic Fibrosis Association of North Dakota. Every day we are one step closer to a cure for cystic fibrosis, but until then, our friends with CF have to continue to fight to breathe.

Costumed runners are encouraged! Let's see those Turkey hats! We will have a variety of prizes for our best-dressed and most spirited runners!

*Note: Due to the rail bridge construction, there will be no 10K event for the next few years--but it will be back!!!

 PRICING:

• Early Bird registration 6/3/25- 10/31/24 $32/ adult $30/youth age 12 and under

• 11/1/24- 11/22/24 $37/adult $35/youth age 12 and under

• 11/23/24- 11/28/24 $42/adult $40/youth age 12 and under

• Family Fun Walk (untimed) is $29 for adults and $25 ages 12 and under through the race day.

 Can I update my registration information?

yes, up until the week before the event! (11/16/24)

 What is the refund policy?

All registrations are non-refundable.

 Will I get a T-Shirt?

All participants who register by November 1 will be guaranteed a long-sleeve T-shirt. Anyone who registers after November 1, will receive a T-shirt until supplies run out. If there is a t-shirt option on your order form, there are still shirts available  No additional shirts will be ordered.

Can I register on the day of the Turkey Trot?

All registrations will be online only, and runners can register until Thanksgiving morning.

Can I register in person or by mail?

All registration is online. This allows us to monitor registrations better, reduce errors, and properly track t-shirt supply. If you need assistance with registration, please get in touch with the CFA office.
