CFA Turkey Trot

The most fun 5K/10K in Bismarck/Mandan! Join us Thanksgiving morning for a brisk run along the mighty Missouri River! This is our 35th year and there is always something new.

Start Time 9:15 am with staggered starts.  Parking is available at The Elks Club, Natural Grocers, and Family Fare Supermarket. Starting line is on Arbor Avenue just west of South Washington.

Packet Pick-up

• At the CFA Office from 8:30-4:30 the week before the race(107 W. Main Ave, #150, Bismarck), also Monday and Tuesday, November 20 and 21 from 9-4pm, and Wednesday, November 22 from 8:30 am to 5:30PM. Packets will also be available at the Elks Club at 8 am on Thanksgiving morning.

The CFA Turkey Trot is the primary fundraiser for the Cystic Fibrosis Association of North Dakota. Every day we are one step closer to a cure for cystic fibrosis, but until then, our friends with CF have to continue to fight to breathe.

Costumed runners are encouraged! Let's see those Turkey hats! We will have a variety of prizes for our best-dressed and most spirited runners!

PRICING:

• Early Bird registration 5/15/23- 10/01/23 $27/ adult $22/youth age 12 and under

• 10/2/23- 10/31/23 $30/adult $25/youth age 12 and under

• 11/1/23- 11/16/23 $35/adult $30/youth age 12 and under

• Week of the race(11/19-11/23): $37/adult $32/youth 12 and under

• Family Fun Walk (untimed) is $25 for adults and $20 ages 12 and under through the race day.

 Can I update my registration information?

yes, up until the week before the event! (11/16/24)

 What is the refund policy?

All registrations are non-refundable.

 Will I get a T-Shirt?

All participants who register by November 1 will be guaranteed a long-sleeve T-shirt. Anyone who registers after November 1, will receive a T-shirt until supplies run out. If there is a t-shirt option on your order form, there are still shirts available  No additional shirts will be ordered.

Can I register on the day of the Turkey Trot?

All registrations will be online only, and runners can register until Thanksgiving morning.

Can I register in person or by mail?

All registration is online. This allows us to monitor registrations better, reduce errors, and properly track t-shirt supply. If you need assistance with registration, please get in touch with the CFA office.
