The weather was great this year, even though the roads were a bit slippery. Still, the huge turnout and the fun, long-standing tradition of the Turkey Trot made it completely worth it. It’s one of those races you come back to every year because the community energy is unbeatable. Already excited for next year!
The Turkey Trot is an amazing event that helps CF patients get through the tough times. The event brings together thousands of people all helping an amazing organization. As a mother of a child with CF, I didn't know how much I would depend on the CFA to help our family. With recent drug changes and hospitalizations I now know the full meaning about helping CF patients and their families "Breathe Easier"!

Had a great time! Only one concern/complaint is road condition was quite slick and I do realize that is out of your control. Thanks and will be participating in future events!

There were seven in our family that registered to participate. The first year for all of us; however only 3 were dedicated enough to show up. We do plan to try again in 2026. The 3 dedicated ones, said it was pretty amazing even though it was freezing out. See you next year! Pinky swear!

A great family event before enjoying a Thanksgiving Meal! I would suggest having the walkers in the back and the runners towards the front to avoid the runners having to navigate through the walkers during the start of the race. Also having more volunteers towards the halfway point where the participants turn around. I noticed this year that a lot of us turned around too early, before the actual turnaround point, as there wasn't clear guidance on where we should be turning around.

I was excited to see the virtual option this year. Though I would be willing to pick up my packet in person to save on postage, if you wanted to add that as an option.

The turnaround point was a bit ridiculous and ultimately dangerous this year with essentially a figure 8 of criss crossing traffic. Would also be awesome to include finisher medals as like many of the other turkey Trot races I've seen in the region (Minot, Fargo, Minneapolis). The sign up costs for those races are in line with this one so thinking it must be feasible to do and stay within budget. Thanks though for all the hard work that went in to organizing this year's event and I appreciate the opportunity to participate.
