Winter Series 2023 No 5

The mountains of snow are melting and the ice is almost gone from the roads and trails!  Those of you participating in the full Winter Series have braved wind, snow, ice, drifts and of course WIND, but it looks like this weekend will bring puddles and mud as the beginning of Spring moves in!  It feels like race time...

Join us for the 4th Annual Run for the Green 5k/10k at David Street Station and Blacktooth Brewery (322 South David Street).

The race will begin at 10:30am, and streets around David Street Station will be closed to traffic until 12:30pm. If you think you may need more time to complete your race, you are welcome to begin your run or walk anytime after 10am. You just need to check in with us first so we know you are on the course.

Day of check in will be 10am-10:20am at Blacktooth Brewery.

Online registration closes at 12pm Friday 3.17.2023. In Person Registration and Bib pickup for online registrations will be 4:30pm - 6:30pm at David St. Station Ice Skate rental booth.

Bibs MUST be picked up on Friday night, we will not distribute them on Saturday morning. There will be NO in person registration on Saturday morning. If you are participating in the full series and kept your bib from the last race, you MUST bring your bib on Saturday morning. If you lost it, you will need to pick up a new one on Friday night.

If you registered for the full Winter Series, you can pick up the Winter Series finisher item on Friday night during Bib pickup, or Saturday morning AFTER the race. We won't distribute them before the race on Saturday morning.

Following the race we will have a raffle. Stick around and party with us at Blacktooth, and then enjoy the St. Patrick's Day event at David Street Station.

The 10k is part of the 2023 Casper Six Pack Challenge! Run 6 local Casper races in 2023 and you will be 6 Pack Finisher, which means you get a cool prize in addition to any finisher items/medals/awards that each race may provide. 

Runners and walkers of all abilities are welcome.  Strollers and dogs are allowed, we just ask that you begin at the back if there is a large crowd to alleviate congestion at the start line.
