Whobilation Recreation Jubilation 5k

Bad Axe Club Fitness and McLaren Thumb Region in conjunction with the Bad Axe Chamber of Commerce invites you to join us for our second annual 'Whobilation Recreation Jubilation 5K' in Bad Axe, Michigan!  

Runners, walkers, children & dog-walkers alike are invited to participate in this Seussy & Silly race event.  

Our Fun Runners will be up first.  Children & the pups, walking, running, jumping, skipping and high-fiving, spreading all their cheer in a smaller run (about 1 mile), 'Max & Cindy Lou Who's Fun Run.'  Our runners will take off next, with our walkers not far behind, completing our delightful 5K, hopefully in record time!

All runners, walkers, doggies and dog-walkers are invited to dress up in their best 'Seuss-attire'.  All registered racers and dog-walkers will be given a fabulous knit hat to commemorate the occasion, and prizes will be awarded to the 1st & 2nd place male & female winners across every age group!  Additionally, our fabulous judges will give out a very prestigious award for the BEST DRESSED racer of the 2019 'Whobilation Recreation Jubilation 5K' by being named the Holiday Cheermeister!

All profits from this whimsical day will go directly to our charity partners; the Huron County Community Foundation and the Huron County SafePlace.

Usher in the delight of the Christmas season by spending the day with us at the race, and the evening with us at the Bad Axe Christmas Parade.  The race begins and ends at 123 N Port Crescent St, Bad Axe, MI 48413 in the Bad Axe Club Fitness parking lot at 2 pm on Saturday, November 27th with entertainment and registration starting at noon.
