Wallkill Valley Rail Trail Run/Bike

This is a fundraiser for the Wallkill Valley Land Trust, the non profit organization which manages the 22 miles of rail trail between Gardiner and Kingston.

Now – October 2nd, 2021

Join us on a photo scavenger hunt challenge along the Wallkill Valley Rail Trail as part of the nationwide Trail Moments 21 day trail challenge. Independently walk, bike, run, ride a horse or travel in some other fashion (no motorized vehicles – class 1 e-bikes only!) to the Upstate Art Weekend installations or other viewpoints. Once there, you must snap a selfie tag us @wallkillvalleylandtrust and use the hashtag #WVTrailMoments on Facebook or Instagram to submit your photos to the competition.

Donation/Registration fee is $25 per person.

Collect a selfie from now through Saturday, October 2nd at a minimum of three of the suggested destinations, or three spots of your own choosing. Those who complete the challenge or participate creatively will be recognized at the WV Rail Trail Challenge Celebration @ Coppersea Distillery on October 2nd. All participants will receive a WVLT swag bag which includes a WVLT imprinted sport neck gaiter & other goodies, which can be picked up at the event (or by other arrangement!).
