Virtual 5K Run/Walk to Remember

August 2 - 15, 2020: 
Your Time. Your Place. Your Pace.

Although we may stumble, we can always finish strong!

Even in the midst of continued recommendations for social distancing measures and a slow return to normal (or, perhaps a "new normal") we are determined to put our best foot forward and cross the finish line!

While things may be a little different, virtual runs have grown quite popular over the years and have proven to be a lot of fun.

RACE
For this year's Run/Walk to Remember - a benefit for Community VNA Hospice - we know that this much loved community and family tradition is going to be missed in its traditional form; however, we ask for your continued show of support for our hospice patients and families, just as you have for all these years. 

Friends of Community VNA Hospice are being asked to run, walk or roll at a date, time and place that is convenient for you!  Run on your favorite jogging trail.  Walk around your neighborhood.  Stroll along the sandy shore of a nearby beach.  Roll wherever your heart desires.

Ask family members, friends, and colleagues to join you - all while following social distancing recommendations issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.


PLACE & TIME
Your time. Your place. Your pace. That's right, you are your own pace setter and time keeper!  We simply ask you to complete your run, walk or roll sometime between Sunday, August 2 and Saturday, August 15, 2020.


REGISTRATION FEES
$15 for Children, 12 & Under
$20 for Teens, 13 to 19
$30 for Adults, 20 to 64
$25 for Seniors, 65 and over

Registration opens Friday, July 24.

Proceeds benefit Community VNA Hospice.  For patients with life-threatening illnesses, Hospice care is designed to provide all aspects of medical, emotional and spiritual care and support for patients and assistance for their loved ones.
