Total Dissapointment

This is my first time running this race after getting raving reviews from my running peeps and seeing the beautiful pics year after year. I usually do the Hero 5K (which I did the next day). Many runners run with different goals mine is for the fun and that bling aka medal. This race had none and didn't have the courtesy to inform runners after advertisement says a shirt and a finisher's medal. We can "agrue" it's for a good cause but that is beside the point it is the principle of the matter. To date the organization is yet to mail the medal or send an email with an explanation why after the race no medals were handed out and runners are left to speculate. For the record I did contribute to the Foundation. I find this beyond dissapointing and down right disrespectful. Hopefully this organization can make it right.
