Tri Faster Get Buff 5K Prediction Run/Walk

Join us for a fun 5k run/walk event where participants will submit a predicted finish time and try to finish as close to that time as possible!  

Winning this event is not about speed, it's about accuracy!!  

It's anyone's ball game!  

The event takes place from Bluhm Park using the Muskego Rec Trail, which is a limestone path that features a safe route with no street crossings.  Participants will start in groups of 10 every 10 seconds for the best opportunity to stay focused on their predicted pace.  The course has a long and gentle incline and descent, but with no true hills, it is the perfect opportunity to achieve a 5K PR.

***To keep the event fair, no smart swatches or heart rate monitors can be worn.  If you must wear one to record the run, all alarms must be shut off and the watch face covered with tape.  No Peaking! This is on the honor system.
