Therapeutic 5K for Sarah Race Description
We are holding a 5K in honor of Sarah! As many of you know she is going to have to take some time off to get back to her fullest health.
When someone is a therapist and they can't work, this typically means that they also can't make money. This is such an ugly truth, because it basically means that in order for Sarah to take care of herself, she must be taking care of others.
This is why we want to take a day to take care of her. We are trying to make it possible for her to really take care of herself.
Name your pace, this will be a leisurely 5k that will enable us to be together, to talk about Sarah and to raise the money for her and Chris to take care of each other.
We will all meet for lunch after the "race" at the Cedars House Cafe for sweet food and lemonade!
