Summit UP Run Race Description
We're bringing back our Summit UP Run presented by Mammut during Union Peak Festival with spectacular views to jump-start your Saturday morning before relaxing and listening to music! Choose from a 5k or 5k Challenge route–both start & end at Aerie, located at the top of American Eagle lift. Celebrate your athletic pursuit at the Aerie Pop-Up Party with brews and live music.
RUN DETAILS
- Participants receive a medal, free beer or NA beverage, professional timing and a foot passenger ticket with registration.
- Bib pick-up is from 7:30-8:30am in Center Village. You must load the American Eagle lift by 8:30am for a 9am start.
- Friends and family are welcome to spectate with a valid foot passenger ticket.
- Well-behaved leashed dogs are allowed. Please pick up after your pet.
- There is an aid station en route.
- Awards will be immediately following the event at the Aerie Pop-Up Party.
THE COURSES
- 5K Course | Start at Aerie, head up A-Road to Storm King LIFT
- 5K Challenge Course | Start at Aerie, head up Storm King Trail (includes some rock steps and steep sections) to Patrol Headquarters
