• 10K (6.2 miles)
• 5K (3.1 miles) (non-competitive run/walk)
• Virtual (you choose when & where you run/walk)

• 8:00 Pre-race meeting

 Chesapeake Bay Bridge North

US Route 13 North

 Take Route 180 East towards Wachapreague

 Follow Route 180 into the Town of Wachapreague to STOP sign

 Left at STOP sign - Atlantic Avenue

 Proceed to carnival grounds ahead on left

• FROM THE NORTH:
  

US Route 13 South

 Take Route 180 East towards Wachapreague

 Follow Route 180 into the Town of Wachapreague to STOP sign

 Left at STOP sign - Atlantic Avenue

 Proceed to carnival grounds ahead on left

• Must keep bib visible on your front
• Run/Walk against/facing traffic
• Aid stations on all courses (water and gatorade)
• All distances with or without your leashed canine companion
  
• Dogs must be leashed at all times
• Please keep your dog away from other participants and traffic
• Doggie water available at aid stations on all courses
  
• Note that cellphone service is spotty in this area
• Rain or shine

• RFTA reserves the right to modify/cancel due to severe weather
