Sweet Sweat Color Run Race Description
The Sweet Sweat Color Run is an annual 5K race hosted by the Gamma Iota Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. This event is designed to spread awareness of diabetes in America as well as serve as a fundraiser for the American Diabetes Association. Participants will be showered in colors at the start line followed by a 5k course around Hampton University’s beautiful campus. Participants will have the option to run/walk as a single or with a team, and there will be volunteers throughout the entire course. Upon reaching the finish line, there will be refreshments served and music to celebrate the successful completion of the course!

I had the best time running this race! The members of the Gamma Iota Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. were so inviting and encouraging! My favorite part was the color powder at the end. Would definitely participate again!
