Looking to run your first 5K or Half Marathon?
Are looking for a new PR?
We have an ideal program for you!
Kenosha Running Company is a proud sponsor of the Real Racine Half Marathon and 5K and will be providing personalized training in a group setting to help you meet your running goals.
Our personalized group program includes
- Running Form Evaluation
- Dynamic Warm-Up Drills to increase your strength, stability, range of motion and improve your running form.
- Customized workouts based on your current level of fitness and race day goals
- Core development, proper foam rolling and stretching
- Once a week group workouts
- Access by phone, text, and email throughout the training process
- A discount of 25% off regular priced shoes at Kenosha Running Company's retail location and online store
The fee for the training program is $125 a month payable in three monthly installments or you may prepay all three months in advance for $375
The program begins on June 23rd, 2019 for the September 28/29th event.
