Run for Robots 5K run/walk

A 5k run/walk fundraiser for The Chimeras Team 1684, a high schooled aged competition robotics team. 
They are a free-to-play team, so they count on money from fundraising, sponsors and donations to keep the team running. All proceeds go directly to supporting the team to help pay for robot parts, competitions, travelling expenses and other. 

The fall themed event will be held at Rowden Park in Lapeer. Pumpkins will illuminate your path and the Chimeras will have interactive robot demonstrations near the pavilion before and after the race. 
Although a fun race for everyone, it will still be timed for participants who like to have those numbers!

Registration fee includes event t-shirt and medal. Medals are being crafted by our team! 
Last day to register and receive a t-shirt and medal the day of the race is Tuesday 10/11 by 4:30pm. Late registrants will receive them via mail after. 
*Entry fees are non-refundable 

Race day registration: 4pm at the pavilion in Rowden Park. 

NOTE: When registering online, be sure to click the small button next to the "Run/Walk Fundraiser" in order for the T-shirt size selection to show up.
