Central CT Pet Fair 5K, Dog Walk, and Kid's Fun Run Race Description

The Central CT Pet Fair, Dog Walk, and 5K Race supports the lifesaving programs and services of Saving Paws, and the projects of the Meriden Rotary Foundation. The day begins with the 5K road race where runners will take our scenic self tour of our beautiful Hubbard Park here in Meriden. Runners will get to enjoy the views of the carefully kept woodlands, streams, dramatic cliff faces, and flower gardens on their way to Merimere Reservoir.

The event also includes a kid’s fun run and a dog walk event that also spans through Hubbard Park. After enjoying the scheduled events, a pet fair will be held in the park for all of our participants and visitors alike to take part in. The fair will include vendors selling everything from dog treats to homemade crafts as well as Non-Profit organizations advertising their available pets for adoption! 
Come out for a day jam packed full of fun while supporting your local organizations!
