5K for Victims of Domestic Violence

Our troop will be hosting a free 5K in support of women and children who are victims of domestic violence. Instead of paying for the race, we are asking for people to donate directly to them at the bottom right of their website....http://www.ywcaunioncounty.org/

You could also choose from the following items to bring the day of the race. 

-Flip flops (shower shoes)-both women and children sizes
-Adult activity books (therapeutic coloring books, mandala coloring
 books, Sudoku, Crossword puzzles, word searches, etc)

-Towels and washcloths

-Cereal bars and juice boxes

-Play-Doh or sidewalk chalk

- We are also starting to collect school supplies (backpack, pens, pencils, erasers, crayons, etc)

-Due to costs, we are unable to have a professional timing company come in, so be sure to wear your Fitbits or apple watches!!
