NorthPointe Prairie Triathlon

This is still a couple of months away but in the past walkers were allowed in the pool which is a safety hazard to everybody. When you're swimming hard face down in the pool smashing into walkers doesn't provide a good experience. The last one I did the cop at Willowbrook and Prairie Hill wasn't watching traffic (he was standing in the street looking at his cell phone) and I was nearly hit by a car. This could be a good race if organizers were more conscientious about participant safety and not getting as many people into the race in spite of their inability to swim or even tred water on their own.
