2021 Get Up and Run Virtual 5k

The Ivy Centennial Foundation, Inc., in partnership with Mu Lambda Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.®, invite you to our inaugural virtual 5K GET UP AND RUN May 14-16, 2021!

Whether you run on a treadmill, jog around the neighborhood, or walk around the block, we ’re racing to new heights for healthier communities in 2021. Staying active during the pandemic is important for both physical and mental well-being, especially for our communities of color.

Wear your Get Up and Run 5K mask, recruit your family and friends to join you, post pictures along with your finisher medal on social media #getupandrun and upload your results on Race Entry.

Race Details:            Run/walk anywhere and anytime on or before 05/16/2021 

Race Distance:         5k (3.1 miles)

Registration Cost:    Early Bird $35 through 04/17/2021 (includes shipping of Race Swag)

                                  Regular Registration $40 through 05/16/2021

Donations:                Accepted through 5/31/2021

Race proceeds benefit the Ivy Centennial Foundation’s scholarships and local community programs.

Registration Includes:

• Finisher’s Medal
• Get Up and Run Mask
• Virtual Bib (downloadable from Raceentry.com after you register)

Registration must be complete by early registration deadline (4/17) in order to receive your medal and mask by race completion date (5/16).
