Free and Fit 5K Race Description

The Freedom 5K is a chance for all American Patriots to celebrate our amazing country and the freedom we have been tremendously blessed with! Come run, walk or ride with your fellow Americans!

8am - 5K Ride (Break out the Bikes and race your way around the 5K course with American Pride!)

8:30am - 5K Run (Race with your friend and fellow patriots!)

9:00am - Fun Run/Walk (Bring the kiddos, the dogs, and the rest of the family to enjoy the day and celebrate this great country!)

Entry: $25 per person

The Freedom 5K is a fundraiser for Paraklete, Inc, a non-profit on mission to help all Americans get healthy and fit by subsidizing the cost of gym memberships, coaching, and personal training.
