Foundations 5K Race Description
Third Annual Foundations 5K -- Saturday, April 29th 2017!
Silverstein Eye Centers Arena at 8:30am
This 5K supports the Education Foundations of Blue Springs, Grain Valley, Hickman Mills, Lone Jack, and Smithville School Districts. All race registration proceeds are donated to the district Foundation you choose during sign up. These Foundations provide scholarships and classroom resources to the students of their district. The event includes a 5K run/walk and a 1.5 mile walk/kids fun run. All participants who wish to be timed will receive a timing chip. Awards available for the top finishers.

Start time: info: 8:30am.
Race course: 5K participants will complete two 1.5 mile laps around the arena. 1.5 mile walkers and kid runners will complete a 1.5 mile lap around the arena. See course map here.
Want your race to be timed? If yes, mandatory timing-chip pick up will be race morning from 7-8am.
