The Harrison Youth Triathlon is more than just a race — it's a five-week journey of growth, encouragement, and fun for kids ages 5–17. Beginning May 31, 2026, and culminating in an exciting Race Day on June 28, participants will train in swimming, biking, and running while building confidence, developing healthy habits, and making new friends. There is an optional- RACEDAY ONLY TICKET-$25- for those who cannot participate in the training course, but would still like to test their endurance in the Harrison Youth Triathlon!
This free program is made possible through the generosity of our local sponsors and donors. Each participant who completes the program and submits their fitness logs earns a brand-new bike or a fun alternative prize like passes to local attractions (Bounce Mania, Skate Mania, Creekside, etc). It's our way of rewarding their hard work and commitment!
Whether you're a parent looking to register your child, a business interested in sponsoring, or a community member wanting to support a meaningful cause, we invite you to be part of the Harrison Youth Triathlon — where every child is a champion.

This was a great experience for my 3 boys. The learned about perseverance and enjoyed the training and event overall! My only piece of feedback is to make things a little more clear for first time families. I wasn’t sure where or when to get my kids after training, and other new parents were a little confused as well. Otherwise, I thought it was well planned, well organized, and well executed. We look forward to this year!
My kids really love the whole thing. It gets them outside and connects them with others. I like that they have "homework" that keeps them moving during the week too. It encouraged them to not sit inside all day complaining about being bored

Our family loves the Harrison Youth Triathlon because it encourages our kids to stay active all summer and focus on improving their own times instead of competing against others. The free bike at the end is exciting, but the real reward is watching them build healthy habits and confidence along the way.
