Fire Hose Frenzy Race Description
Participation in the Fire Hose Frenzy is not about how fast your time is. It's about how much fun you can cram into a short 5K! Our goal is to set the high bar for fun runs. This one has all of the essential ingredients for fun :). Start with firefighters and fire engines! Add water spray and foam. There is no way anyone will complain about the St. George heat during this run! There will be fire engines positioned along the course to spray down the runners and make sure they don't overheat!! (whether they like it or not :D) The finish line will be in the Confluence Park. Afterwards, hang out and groove to the music and play in mountains of foam. The party ends when the last runner goes home
