Dog Day Family 5k Race Description
Dog Day Family 5k is a fun filled race run by Healing Paws Service Dog Community to raise funds for people with invisible disabilities - particularly those who have been sexually, or domestically abused- connect with trained service dogs to help them through the healing process and feel safe again. We also help service dog teams who need help affording training, and/or gear.
The run will take place on the augusta maine trails ( specific trail to be announced at a later date) At 8:00am on 08/26/2017.
All well behaved dogs are welcome as long as they are leashed.
