DNA Banana Sprint

You know how you have always talked about wanting to dress up as a banana and run a 5k?!?   Well....now is your chance!! 

The Banana Sprint will be a 5k fun run from beautiful Hammel Woods in Shorewood, IL taking place on Sunday, September 23rd @ 10:00 am.  (For race day parking enter Hammel Woods via Rt 59 next to the Crispy Waffle and we will be in the first parking lot on the left.)

Every runner gets;

-Banana Costume

-Unlimited make your own banana split bar after the run

-Finish time- Our timing will include your overall place and time. (This is not a chip timed race)

-Price! Our race is only $25 dollars

-Shirts- Our race shirt is awesome and unlike other races completely optional for you to purchase! Feel good about purchasing a shirt as a large portion of shirt sales will go to Green Harvest Food Pantry!!

-No waiting around for age group awards because we don't have any!!  How many medals do you really need anyways!!  

-Post race banana splits!! :)
