Utah friends and family! As a Little Adventures team, we are coming together to host a charity fundraiser in support of our amazing designer Sharon Rowan's daughter, Alex Rowan. At 22-years-old, Alex has been courageously fighting a terminal brain tumor since her diagnosis one year ago. In the face of something so deeply uncontrollable, we want to do what we can to ease even a small part of the burden. This event is more than just a 1k and 5k fundraiser, it’s a way to surround her with love, strength, and community. 100% of every single registration ticket and contribution, no matter the size, will go toward helping with medical expenses and providing moments of relief during an incredibly difficult journey. We hope to create an atmosphere filled with compassion, connection, and fun, where we can come together as a Utah Community to make an impact. Her resilience inspires us, and this is how we can show up for her in a tangible way. Together, we can help lighten the weight she is carrying and remind her that she is not facing this alone! VENDOR INFO:

 We are excited to welcome vendors to be part of our Courage Wears a Crown event! This is a family-friendly, princess-themed 5K fundraiser supporting a meaningful cause, and we are looking for businesses that align with our uplifting and community-focused atmosphere. 100% of vendor booth fees will go to Alex. We are expecting between 300-1,000 attendees

Booth Details:

• Booth size: (10x10 ft)

• Outdoor event on grass

• Vendors must provide their own tent, tent steaks, table, chairs and other setup materials

• Setup time begins at 8:00am, please be ready and set up by 9:30am. This is about the time runners will be returning from the race

• Event time: 9:00am-1:00pm

• Breakdown must be completed by: 2:30pm

We are looking for vendors that appeal to active women, children, and families, including:

Clothing & accessories, Handmade goods & jewelry, Wellness, beauty, and self-care products, Kid-friendly toys & activities, Treat or Drink vendors (There will be a pancake breakfast served at the event)

Booth Guidlines:

• All booths must be family-friendly and appropriate for all ages
• Vendors are responsible for their own sales and payment processing
• Electricity access is not available at this event
