We will be back

This was our 1st year running this race and was very intimidated by the estimated amount of people. (800ish)We were also on the fence because of the cold and windy weather . We picked up our packet Friday at Casi and it was nice inside and was marked off where to go very clearly! We did it and ran, so glad we did!! There wasn't no 800ish people, probably because of the cold weather. We got to hang out at the hotel (about a block away) before the race. Time to get to the start line..like I said everything was clearly marked as to where to go. This was a easy route. As you get moving the cold wasn't a factor. Everyone was nice. After race was fun.. back to the hotel .. they had entertainment (live band) beer, water, bananas and granola bars.
