Next, you can add your waiver. Most races have a waiver. Common inclusions are a participant assumption of risk, participant statement of physical readiness for the race, text alert messaging, protection for your ability to change the race, and medical authorization for emergency treatment.

You can choose how participants agree to the waiver – opening and scrolling the waiver or just checking the box. We always collect initials.

Now, add questions. Common 5k race questions include shirt size and emergency contact. If you’re attracting a lot of runners on a relatively narrow course, you may want to ask about pace so you can plan wave starts.
