Big Buffalo 50 Ultra Marathon

In addition to being the largest fundraiser for the Cancer Kickers Soccer Club, the Big Buffalo 50 is the ONLY ultra marathon in the area and has become known as "the most fun race in town".  Now in it's 4th year, the Big Buffalo 50 had over 800 runners sign up last year and will once again offer a 50k, 50k relay, and 50 mile race. 

At what feels like one big tailgate at the beautiful Shelby Farms Park, the Big Buffalo 50 features an incredible food truck lineup, including 901ironpies, El Mero Taco, Grisanti’s 9Dough1, Central BBQ, and Jojo’s Espresso, as well as cold beer from Memphis Bar Ties. All runners receive tokens for free food and beverages as well as a Big Buffalo 50 2021 sweatshirt and trucker hat in an all-new color scheme.  

Founded in 2016, the Cancer Kickers Soccer Club is committed to providing comfort, community, and connections to children around the world who are battling cancer. To date, the Cancer Kickers Soccer Club has served over 1,400 deserving "teammates", also providing helpful resources and a network for their families so they know that we are all in this together.
