Bear Lake Brawl Triathlon

We were so excited to try the Brawl this year, after many people telling us it was a disorganized race we decided to go ahead and try it anyway. After today We wish we would have listened to our friends. Oddly they have a wait list for this race. The entry and exit points were impossible to navigate. The people who were “helping” honestly were young kids who didn’t direct the race at all. Cars were pulling in and out constantly and as a racer you had to double and triple check entering and exiting the transition area to make sure you weren’t run over. The set up was a joke. My finishing pictures I had to run past a junk building by an old trailer and across a line. It felt like I was running through a Walmart parking lot not a race I paid for to enter. Such a cool idea for a race but we will never attend again. This is not a safe course. Would not recommend.
