Be A Hero 5K Race Description
Join ChildSafe for its inaugural Be a Hero 5K on Sunday, August 11, 2019. The event will consist of a 5K run starting in Rolland Moore Park, with most of the race on the Spring Creek Trail and finish in the Spring Creek Medical Office Park at the ChildSafe building. Refreshments will be available post-race for the runners and awards for multiple categories. A "Mini Heroes Race" for children 10 and under will be held in the Office Park. We encourage all participants to dress up as their favorite hero, whether that is a superhero, police officer, teacher or their mom/dad - prizes will be awarded for the best costumes. We are hoping to inspire friends, family members and the whole northern Colorado community to "Be a Hero" for the victims of child abuse we serve.
