Bash the Bluffs

Campus Recreation will host the 22nd Annual Bash the Bluffs on Saturday, May 4th! This annual spring event is used as a fundraiser for the Campus Recreation Scholarship Fund. This fund provides students the opportunity to apply for a program participation scholarship, allowing them to partake in activities, programs, and events. This year we are providing several fun race options for all ages and abilities! We are looking forward to seeing our Mountain Lion Community and Colorado Spring Community join the fun on Saturday, May 4th.

Race Options:

• The Cub Dash: This 200-meter dash is designed for kids ages 5yrs -12yrs old. Parents or guardians are welcome to assist their cubs to and from the start and finish line! The Cub Dash will start at approximately 8:15am. Each cub will receive a Bash the Bluffs T-shirt!
• Bash the Bluffs 5K: The 5k run/ walk will start approximately at 9am. Participants are more than welcome to run/ walk with strollers or your furry friends. Dogs must be on leash at all times. Come join us for this family friendly 5k race! Awards will be announced at 10:15am.
• Mountain Lion Mile: The Mountain Lion Mile is a timed mile run mostly downhill and will start at approximately 10:45am. Awards will be given to the fastest mile in both the Men's and Women's divisions.
