ARR Women in Training Race Description

​​A ten-week program for women runners, run-walkers, and walkers. Women of all ages and abilities are invited to participate in this program, from beginners to intermediate and advanced runners, run-walkers, and walkers.

Mentors from the Albuquerque Road Runners Club lead track, hill, trail, and road workouts designed to help new and returning participants improve form, endurance, and strength. Group sessions are held two times per week during the training program.
