Annual PB Dialysis 5K Race Description
The Annual Dialysis PB 5K Trail Run/Walk is sponsored by The Carlisle-Williams Foundation to benefit kidney failure patients on dialysis. Our mission is to provide hope and support to dialysis patients through material items in our flagship ESRD Support Package as well as regular check-ins, referral to resources when we cannot provide the needed support and our quarterly newsletter with news relevant to disease management and research. It is our objective to reduce hospitalization and increase quality of life through maintaining regular treatments and medical plans.
