AMAA's Virtual Monster Dash 5K Run, Walk or Roll Race Description
Join us for a Virtual Race to benefit the Adaptive Martial Arts. Have some fun and dress in a Halloween costume for the run and we will pick a winner for best costume. Don't forget to dress your dog in a costume and take them on the run with you. Best pet costume will win a prize too.
The mission of the AMAA is to be a resource for students and instructors to share ideas, curriculum and training information in order to expand opportunities while promoting health and physical fitness through full inclusion of persons with disabilities in the martial arts.
Medals will be mailed out after the race. ( Could take 2 months to receive your medal)
