The Funds raised through the Yeah Yeah Yeah 5k and Fun Run benefit the Thomas Plott Foundation. The Thomas Plott Foundation is a 501c3 established to raise money and awareness for Cystic Fibrosis. Since its inception, the Thomas Plott Foundation has donated or pledged over $300,000 to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and other charitable organizations, with the vast majority of these contributions earmarked for critical medical research. Great race - great cause!💕
I was thankful to be a part of this race to help support the CF community. It was super fun and an easy, flat course. The atmosphere was high energy, and I was impressed by all of the local support. And I LOVED the t-shirt and hats given out in the race packet! Will definitely run this race again.
