2020 Old Faithful Cycle Tour
Special Announcement
Dear Cycle Tour Friends,
Sometimes taking the lead means backing off, slowing your pace to adjust to changing conditions on the road. Like you, we have been looking forward to this year’s Old Faithful Cycle Tour (OFCT). And like all event planners, we have had to slow our pace to adjust to the changing conditions. After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s event.
As many of you know, Old Faithful Cycle Tour is dedicated to helping local nonprofits fulfill their missions. In 2019 OFCT donated more than $6,300 through event profits and jersey sales. Faced with many of the same uncertainties we all face right now, these nonprofits need our help more than ever. Please considering donating to one of them. After all, you just saved $85 in registration fees, not to mention travel and shopping expenses. (And we all know how much you like stopping at the local bike shop Freeheel & Wheel and purchasing those must-have items!) In all seriousness, any gift you can spare will ensure these nonprofit organizations continue their invaluable work.
This year we are particularly excited to help raise money for the Yellowstone Shortline Trail. This rail trail is a much-needed trail system in our area that will be utilized by many near and far...hopefully, you will be among them.
Hit that donate button to read about this and other nonprofits you can help support through these challenging times. You can also purchase a 2020 Old Faithful Cycle Tour Jersey. This year’s “Gearing Up For 2021” cycle jersey has a brand new design we are sure you will love as much as we do. All profits from jersey sales are donated to the organizations listed above.
We look forward to welcoming you with open arms to next year’s event.
Sincerely,
Toni Brey
Event Coordinator

Rode the 1 st year and it was perfect. 2nd year it was windy. Kids were sideways on their bikes. Still perfect. Did the half ride with the kids and had a awesome time. Fished the rest of the time and spent time in the park. What could be better for the family. We’re coming back in 2018.
